TopOS starts as the organizational structure for your whole life: the LLC, the nonprofit, the holding company, and you personally — every document, account, and obligation kept in sync and up to date. Underneath, it's the start of a new kind of OS: the TopOS Kernel builds the agentic system directly into the kernel, with Idio identity verification built in at the hardware level.
The TopOS Kernel
Linux was designed before AI agents existed — so today they live in userspace, bolted on, each app hoarding its own slice of context. The TopOS Kernel starts from the other end: the agentic system lives in the kernel core, fixing what Linux can't retrofit — bolted-on AI, fragmented identity, and pre-quantum security — and making the OS the thing that connects everything together.
Agent memory lives in the bootloader and kernel core, not per app. Every agent on the machine works from the same live picture of your life — the knowledge graph below — instead of a copy-pasted fragment.
Idio verification is built into the kernel, not an app on top of it. Session verification windows supersede genetics, voice, and biomarkers — the device knows it's you continuously, not once at login.
Designed from first principles for the hardware it ships on, with post-quantum crypto in the core and an agent scheduler alongside the process scheduler. TopOS Hardware is building the phone it runs on.

The organizational layer
This is TopOS userspace — the layer of the OS that keeps every part of your life current. Connect email, bank accounts, and document stores. TopOS parses what comes in, files it against the right entity, and keeps running records so questions like "what does the nonprofit owe Delaware this quarter" have an answer.

Everything TopOS ingests lands in a native knowledge graph — built into the TopOS Kernel as shared agent memory, not bolted on from a third-party store. That's what makes cross-entity questions cheap to answer, and why search works in plain language rather than keywords.
